Silent issues that can end with a company
An entrepreneur with a prosperous business tend to think that everything is running smoothly; however, there are some silent issues that, when they are not attended right away can cause your company some serious issues or even end with it.
“You should always take care of all aspects around your company, having a strong teamwork, communicating with everyone in the enterprise, motivating them to be the best version of themselves and always working together to reach their goals”, said Salomon Juan Marcos Villarreal, a Mexican entrepreneur and current president of Grupo Denim.
Here are some signals that your business can be on a serious risk, silent issues that should be attended immediately:
- How are your business meetings? – When you have a meeting, does your team feel comfortable enough as to discuss their issues openly? Look at the way everyone behaves, if those meetings are too polite without disagreements or discussions, it might be a signal that something is not going well as your team might not feel passionate about what they are doing.
- Are you innovating? – Look at your sales over the last two years. If they have not increased more than a 20% the innovation level might be an issue.
- How do you handle your customers’ complains? Although is well-known that a customer is always right, make sure your staff knows how to handle it carefully or your company can have serious losses. Claims or complains are always an alert that something might be going wrong with the products or services you are offering to your customers.
