Why is it so important to move? Staying in the same position for hours can cause some of the following diseases:
- Cardiovascular diseases – Not only caused by a sedentary life but a bad nutrition, for not having the necessary time to have a nutritive meal, which increases the risks of heart attacks, cholesterol or arterial hypertension.
- Colon diseases – Since the person does not move as much as necessary, diverticulitis, which can create pain and infections in the colon.
- Poor circulation in the legs – Causing varicose veins.
